Order Processing and Delivery
When applicable your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order or new inventory request has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 1-3 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm MST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12:00pm MST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments may be sent using USPS or UPS. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.
If you have not received your inventory request or your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at hello@goldielocks.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

International Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. However, please note that international shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office to inquire about any potential fees before placing your order. Additionally, please be aware that some countries may have restrictions on certain products, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
If an international shipment is rejected by the buyer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other reasons beyond our control, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of handling and processing the return.

Shipping Modification
Cancelations and order adjustments including but not limited to shipping address changes or product modifications cannot be made after 9:00 am MST M-F.
Re-Ordering Guidelines
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of products. If you are requesting new inventory we do suggest transactional sales through your app with your current inventory prior to submitting a new inventory request. This can be viewed on your Goldie Locks App.
Unanticipated Events
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
Continuity
Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.
Consent
By purchasing or requesting new inventory of our products or using/visiting our website, you are agreeing to abide by and act in accordance with these Terms of Service including our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. Accessing our Website and/or purchasing our Products constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Goldie Locks LLC. with respect to the Site and it surpasses any and all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Goldie Locks LLC. with respect to the Site.
